je suis allé dans panneau de configuration et j'ai vu "outil de connexion a wanadoo fait 4895 mo
peut t'il venir de cela ???

Bonsoir,

Sans vouloir être péssimiste, ce n'est vraiment pas evident de regler un problème informatique ainsi, sans avoir accès au PC.

Ca peut être tout et n'importe quoi.

Sincèrement, comme je te dis, c'est pas évident de te repondre.

J'ai suivi toute la discussion, mais rien me vient à l'esprit.

La solution "radicale" c'est de formater le pc, mais bon..

l'autre soluce est de desinstaller wanadoo et de le reinstaller en verifiant avant la desinstalation que tu as en ta possession le cd et tes codes connection et tout

Bonsoir, j'avais le même problème j'ai dû reformater mon PC et maintenant, le problème semble raisolu.
Ne pas oublier d'effectuer des sauvegardes sur cd afin de pouvoir les reinstaller.
